Very nice family home in a very nice part of the state to enjoy some quality family time together.

Fantastic location not far from the city but you feel like you’re out in the country. The house was in great condition, plenty of room for everyone. No one got bored, there is plenty of entertainment. Kurt, the host, was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great stay. Sinclairs Gully winery had a music event on which was lovely. The wine tasted amazing and only a short walk to get there. The Scenic hotel was also a nice place to have lunch.

We had such a great time at Villa Rose. The house was exactly as the pictures suggest. Everything was luxurious and comfortable. While I attended a conference in the city (short easy drive), my family ended up spending most of the time in the house and garden, walking to the cafe nearby and local shops to get groceries for cooking dinner at home, including a bbq on one night. We appreciated the air-conditioning, the pool, the spa, the child seat and books, the kitchen staples, the access to the movies - could not want for anything more. We would love to return one day and would highly recommend!

Relaxing stay in beautiful surrounds in the Adelaide Hills, the hosts Nelly and Geoff do all they can so that your stay is enjoyable. Make the most of the short bushwalk, their woodfire hot tub, pool, tennis court and the abundant wildlife that share the property. Hope to return again soon!

Being from the country, we booked this house to prepare for our daughter’s wedding. We had a magical time and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The pool was fabulous in a serene setting close to the city! Thank you.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay in the glorious Adelaide Hills. It is so well appointed and you can tell that a lot of effort has gone into creating this cosy luxurious space. Ideally located in the Piccadilly Valley overlooking the vineyards, I highly recommend Adelaide Hills House at Summertown for your soulful and calming stay. The accommodation has many thoughtful touches and the attention to detail was something else. The host, presentation and service was perfect, couldn’t imagine spending our anniversary anywhere else. My favourite thing was to snuggle in the comfy bed looking at the mist in the valley below as we downed our morning coffee. The surrounding scenery is stunning, quiet and peaceful. Loved the proximity to local Adelaide Hills wineries, pubs and cafes. Next time we visit, we are sure to book a winery tour and a special dinner with the personal chef. This place is another level, a spectacular little winner. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Cheers Troy
