Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and Cheryl was very welcoming with lots of advice on activities in the area.

We recently stayed at this amazing house with family friends. Four adults, two teens and 3 little ones. The house was spacious, clean and very well appointed. A few minutes walk to the beautiful Diggers Beach and 5 mins to the beach club - which we dined at a few times. Weather held up for us too despite a poor forecast so the beach and the homes pool got well utilised. Would definitely recommend this property for a large group - or just one family. It was great. Everything as described and in great location

Emerald Beach is a superb holiday spot approximately half way between Sydney and Brisbane. Our extended family of 11 loved the spaciousness and beach proximity of this modern, extremely well appointed home. Nearby coffee shop and stores and short drive to Coffs all contributed to a great extended weekend. Fabulous beach, great walks and heaps of wildlife.

Couldn’t fault anything, perfect accommodation to made our stay so enjoyable.

Large house with amazing ocean views. If the beach was a bit rough we just swam in the pool. Would recommend.

Travelling to Queensland, this property makes for a perfect stopover from Sydney.

The first time to Coffs Harbour and we stayed in the brilliant 15 Charlesworth house!The huge house with the 5 bathrooms made sure that no one felt as though they were living on top of one another - the space was perfect and made our family holiday extra special. The living and dining areas were excellent for such a large party, coupled with the amazing views of our semi-private cove. This is a must stay destination at Coffs Harbour. Close to the Big Banana and Tree Tops and the shopping centres, but more importantly the Charlesworth beach is simply perfect and just a short stroll from the house. Definitely recommend and would stay again if we return to Coffs Harbour.
