The cottage is beautiful and peaceful. The charm and history of the place is amazing. Everything was thought of for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would highly recommend, we would like to stay longer next time, 2 nights wasn't enough.

We travelled from Adelaide to find somewhere to stay on a rainy long weekend and were not disappointed. The cottage had a warm and welcoming feel with a generous spread of local produce including cheese, red wine, freshly baked bread, eggs, bacon and sausages and plenty of condiments!Our 2 girls under 10 loved meeting the 2 friendly dogs, sheep and alpacas, you can walk freely around the property and down to the creek.The wonderful hosts Merv and Karen made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!!!

Absolutely breath taking from the moment we got to the property. Very comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming! Great for large groups of people with plenty of space for everyone. House was accomodating to everyone’s needs with some complimentary supplies. I seriously cannot fault this property.. I would 100% stay again! Thank you!

McLaren Vale is a long way from home so when we go to this region to enjoy the food, wineries and gin distilleries, we spend three hours in the car. Finding a place like Cobblers Cottage and being able to stay the weekend was a bonus for our anniversary. Neil and Chris have created a beautiful place to stay from this old cottage with lots of modern conveniences, and little extras from our hosts. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the area where everything is just so close to Willunga.

It suited our situation as we had people coming and going for the duration and there was ample room for everyone to relax.
