The place itself is amazing, but the cherry on top was watching turtles constantly breaching the water below. We also saw one come onto the beach for sunset one day which made the stay super memorable!

We stayed for a week at Lahaina Shores in early January. This was our first trip to Maui and we absolutely loved it.
The property was just as presented on the website- no nasty surprises and there was everything you could want for a fantastic stay in the apartment.
The view is fantastic and every single day we saw lots of whales swimming past our window. It is a wonderful spot to sit and have a drink and watch the world go by. The apartment is very well appointed with everything needed for cooking and relaxing on the beach.
The location is excellent- just at the end of town in a wonderful quiet spot, but so close to everything as well. Only a few minutes walk into town and the shops and restaurants, although just out the back gate is a lovely place called Betty's where you can get a great meal and drink.
Marge the owner was a pleasure to deal with during the booking process. We had a slight hiccup with check-in as we arrived after reception was closed which is 10pm, but this was soon resolved. This was a resort issue not an issue with the apartment.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property, and we will definitely be back to stay with Marge again!
