Holiday rentals near Cinemark Howard Hughes Los Angeles

Sara and Joe have a lovely property in a nice location in Santa Monica. We stayed with 4 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. The bathroom in the second bedroom is not a full bathroom. There is a very small room, where the baby stayed and there was a small shower and toilet in this room. We ended up sharing the main bathroom shower and we used the bathtub for the baby. The kitchen had a lot of useful items over and above basic dishes and silverware. We cooked a nice meal in the home. There is a beautiful deck with a nice size table and a bathroom in this area as well. The house was clean, neat, and was not cluttered. We had a very nice stay. Joe and Sara were hospitable and offered to be available if we needed them.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed at Aviva’s place. It is safe and cosy and within walking distance to many shops. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Apert from the location, abit far from the city centre, the place was great- clean and great host.

Spent 4 nights in this lovely room that has everything you need. Wendy answered all questions promptly. My only confusion at start is the online images are of different room and entrance. Room itself is as per description. The real positive about this rental is the neighbourhood- simply wonderful. Easy walk to Montana Ave and beach . Up to 30 min walk to actual Pier but I scooted everywhere and Santa Monica very well set up for bike riders et al. Wine and beer supplied was a nice treat. Perfect place for a relaxing visit to a lovely town

We had such a great stay here. Jimmy was accommodating and available at check in. Great view of the beach and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.
