Renovated beach house with polished floorboards to create a comfortable seaside retreat. There is a huge undercover deck with gas BBQ, and large fenced garden and lawn. Close to Wineries, Golf courses. Off street parking for car and boat.
MINIMUM 2 NIGHT BOOKINGS ONLY
The Beach Shack has three bedrooms comprising two queen size beds, and four single beds. There is a fully self contained kitchen and lounge/dining area, bathroom, and laundry with second shower facilities. All bedding, linen and towels are provided.
The Beach Shack is 100m from the bay beach with a traffic light for easy access. Surf Shop and Bait/Tackle & Boat shop and only 150m from the Tootgarook boat ramp. For surf, the lifeguard patrolled (summer only) beach at Gunnamatta is only a 10 min drive. There are a number of nearby golf courses to test your game or take a short drive to Arthurs Seat where the views of the bay are breathtaking.
