Airlie Beach House aka "The Boathouse" has been tastefully renovated throughout in a nautical style which won the Queensland Master Builders Award.

With 3 bedrooms, large sleepout and living areas, kitchen, laundry, 2.5 bathrooms, AC, shaded deck, terrace, gas BBQ and sea side garden The Boathouse is fully equipped and ideal for families or bare boat charter groups (up to 8 persons). Cost: From $245 per night for 1-4 persons.

Airlie Beach House also has a swing buoy mooring on the other side of the jetty (grid reference O5) which is designed for vessels up to 12 tons or 42 feet in length. This is available for guest use during their stay with us without extra charge subject to availability and prior arrangement at time of booking.

The Boatshed (including caretakers studio) is not included in the property rented.
