With a total area of about 180 square meters, Villa Melograno offers generous living spaces ideal for large families or groups of friends. Inside, you will find five bedrooms and three bathrooms, all with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

5 Bedrooms:
1) Quadruple Double Room: Equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, this room is perfect for a family with children.
2) Double Room: Spacious and bright, offering a cozy environment for a couple.
3) Twin Bedroom: Perfect for teens or adults who want to sleep separately.
4) Second Double Bedroom: Elegant and comfortable, ideal for a restful night's rest.
5) Quad bedroom in the annex: with double bed and bunk bed with en-suite bathroom.

In fact, in addition to the main villa, the annex offers a double room with a bunk bed and private bathroom, perfect for a couple with children. The annex also has a covered veranda, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Please note that the depandance is made available from the 11th guest onwards. For groups of less than 11 persons it is possible to rent the Villa with the depandance, at an extra daily cost, and please contact us about this in advance.

Garden and Outdoor Spaces
Villa Melograno's garden is a true paradise, extending over a large area adorned with pine trees and outdoor furniture. Here you will find a large gazebo with a large table that can seat up to 20 people, located next to the barbecue, making this space ideal for outdoor dining with friends and family. In the exclusive use garden, parking space is always guaranteed for our guests.

Private Pool
In the center of the garden is a magnificent 12-meter by 6-meter swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers, sunbeds and pergolas is protected by a gate to prevent access by small children.
The pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. The exclusive use of the pool guarantees privacy and tranquility, allowing you to completely relax and enjoy the Sardinian sun.
