Our house in the Domaine is by no means comparable to small to medium-sized apartments that are offered in the immediate vicinity, where one promises the sea view but cannot enjoy it from most apartments with a small balcony.


Enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea, wonderful sunsets from your balcony and the possibility to choose between a sandy beach, an isolated bay or a rocky beach.

Une bien belle semaine

L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce. Très spacieux, belle vue mer (voir photos prises depuis la terrasse), double terrasse et disposant de toutes les commodités. Parking privé. Ferry à 5 minutes. Plage à 3 minutes à pieds !! Le propriétaire est adorable, à la fois discret et prévenant. Procédure de remise des clés parfaite. Un très très beau passage en Sardaigne, dans un joli pied à terre où l'on se sent comme chez soi le temps du séjour. Je recommande vivement !

3 nuits passées dans cette maison au calme et très propre. Vue mer de la terrasse côté sud. Une grande terrasse côté nord. 3 chambres dont 2 avec lit double et une avec lit simple à l'étage. 2 chambres avec terrasse. 2 WC. Communication très facile avec l'hôte. Une personne très sympathique vous accueille le jour de votre arrivée. Place de parking et garage fermé dans parc sécurisé. Télé connectée avec Google TV (chaînes françaises). Bon emplacement pour visiter le nord-ouest de l'île. Nous prolongeons notre séjour d'une semaine par 4 nuits sur la côte nord-est. Nous recommandons.

Zwei entspannte Wochen

Das Haus ist sehr nett und in ruhiger Lage (wir waren im Oktober da). Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Die kleinen Strände und die Uferpromenade sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der herrliche Strand von Platamona ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, weitere in ein paar Autominuten. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Siamo Giunti a Porto Torres e la persona a cui è stato affidato l'immobile devo dire molto disponibile al telefono ma nel mostrarci la casa si è presentato velocissimo.senza grossi dettagli in merito alle stanze alla quantita dei letti ecc ecc. Letti non arredati, abbiamo dovuto cercare le lenzuola e farli, nonostante fossimo stanchi del.viaggio. inoltre nella veranda erano presenti escrementi di animale che nonostante venissero viste dal custode , lasciate rimuovere a noi. La casa confortevole e non manca nulla, ma ripeto siamo stati accompagnati e lasciati allo sbaraglio senza letti preparati e rispettive lenzuola e soprattutto di pessimo gusto gli escrementi presenti come benvenuto.

Ich muss Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir ein Ferienhaus vermieten, unsere Unterkunft ist kein Hotel. Der Verwalter hat Ihnen die Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. gezeigt. Bedauerlicherweise haben Sie das Haus in einem schlimmen Zustand verlassen. Die Putzfrau hat die doppelte Zeit benötigt, das Haus für die neuen Gäste vorzubereiten. Auch in Italien trennt man den Abfall. Sie haben sich an diese Regel nicht gehalten. Wir mussten die Mülleimer dreimal desinfizieren, da Sie Essenreste nicht in Plastiktüten in die falschen Mülleimer geschmissen haben. Mein Haus ist kein Schweinestall

Ein echtes Zuhause in Porto Torres

Schön eingerichtetes, geräumiges Haus mit Meerblick von der Terrasse im EG und vom Balkon im OG. Von der Bettwäsche über Handtücher und Küchenutensilien bis zur Garage unterm Haus, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war exzellent (deutsch, per Mail und WhatsApp). Er gab uns viele Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps und half bei einem medizinischen Problem weiter. Es war fast so, als ob wir im Haus von Freunden wohnen würden! Interessant war es, von Balkon und Terrasse die ein- und auslaufenden großen Fährschiffe zu verfolgen! Das Haus ist sauber; Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler, etc. funktionieren (sogar eine Heizung ist vorhanden). Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und man hat viel Platz. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und wir haben viele Vorschläge für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Strände bekommen. Bellissimo appartamento

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell’appartamento del sig. Christian! L’appartamento ha un bellissimo terrazzo con vista mare, la struttura ha una entrata indipendente ed è molto carina, sia esternamente che internamente. L’alloggio è ben curato con tutti gli accessori necessari. Ognuno di noi aveva la sua stanza e privacy. Consiglio vivamente!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus was sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Dusche in der Garage ist genial, wenn man mit Kindern vom Strand kommt. Auch die Terasse ist geräumig, sodass wir als 5-köpfige Familie immer genug Raum hatten. Die Zeit verging wie im Fluge und auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, falls Fragen auftreten.

Appartement très propre et très spacieux pourtant nous étions 8 !! La vaisselle est en grande quantité même pour 8, ainsi que les les draps, serviettes de plages et serviettes de bains. Il y a même des parasols et des conseils sont fournis , dans toutes les langues, pour les restaurants et visites à faire . Le propriétaire est très agréable et les échanges sont faciles, il répond rapidement à toutes nos questions. Appartement bien placé pour visiter le nord de la Sardaigne.

Drei Wochen Sardinien

Nach drei sonnigen Wochen schauen wir auf einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub zurück. Es gab viel zu entdecken und Porto Torres war ein günstiger Stützpunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer und Besuche verschiedener Sehenswürdigkeiten im Norden der Insel. Die Unterkunft selber war gut ausgestattet und bot alles Notwendige für Selbstversorger. Super der Balkon zum Meer.

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Porto Torres. Très belle région riche en visites. L'appartement était très spacieux, super bien équipé et parfait pour une famille de 5 personnes. A recommander ;-)
