This is without a doubt the most impressive beach house the east coast has to offer you. This breathtaking house is situated on absolute beach front beautiful Sapphire Beach only 3 kms north of Coffs Harbour.
Nestled within Coffs Harbour's only private residential beach estate, experience the privilege of walking directly on to the warm sand from your private deck and enjoy living next to the only littoral rainforest on the north coast.
Inspections are welcome.
Sleeping at Liapari@Sapphire
Liapari boasts 4 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king bed along with a shower and freestanding bath, both with views of the beach.
There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and the other with a king/split. Downstairs is the fun room for the kids featuring 2 sets of bunks - this is conveniently located next to the games room to keep them forever entertained with pool table, huge screen TV, BOSE sound system & video games.
The house comfortable sleeps 8 although we can accommodate 2 extra people on request only.
Broadband connection is also available so bring your laptop if you have to keep a check on the office back home.
Dining and Relaxing at Liapari@Sapphire
Enjoy the million dollar view upstairs from the open plan living, dining and kitchen. Concertina doors open this entire area on to the front covered balcony (to the ocean) and side balcony (to the rainforest)...your choice, dine by the sea or dine within the rainforest.
Swim and play in the 14 metre infinity pool, then relax back with your favourite champagne in the huge heated spa complete with thatched pavilion and daybed and finished off with a never ending view of the crystal clear Sapphire Beach and Solitary Island group.
By the way...the fishing is great!
We can also offer your own personal chef available to cater for you either for a night or the duration of your stay.
Nautilus resort is situated only a 5 minute stroll up the beach so take advantage of the bar and restaurant without the worry of driving home.
This is a residential area & we wish to create minimal impact to neighbouring properties. We do not permit parties, weddings etc, and loud music.
A credit card must be supplied on check in as a security deposit.

The kids never hasseled us to leave home to find something to do. The porpoise petting pool in Coffs was awesome and one of the younger kids did the dolphin experience which as fantastic. We were able to keep an eye on the teenagers in surf from the luxury of the decking without a worry. Retail therapy is about 3 kms away. What more could you want? The house was spacious enough that you never suffered from lack of privacy or the chance to get away from the rest of the family for uninterupted reading time. Contact with the owner was always welcome and friendly. It was clearly the most relaxing holiday we have every had and we've already booked again to repeat the experience.
We were certainly glad we got Liapari and hope to get back there. Absolute beachfront. Total privacy. We didn't leave the entire time and didn't want to go home!!!
