Description

The Fishermans Cottage is only a hop, step and jump to the main street of Rye and all that Rye has to offer. The beach, cafes, Rye RSL, and many speciality shops.
Visit the summer carnival or throw a line in at the jetty!
Fishing and diving trips are just a few of the many attractions we have to offer, only minutes walk from the house.

The original cottage is fully renovated and with a large extension.

This delightful three bedroomed house is set on a large block and will comfortably sleep nine.

The main bedroom has a queen bed in with en-suite, and walk in robe.
Separate lounge has a TV with Foxtel /DVD and sofa lounge.

Bedroom 2- A bunk bed with a queen / single bed configuration with a single bed as well. (sleeps 4)

Bedroom 3 has bunk bed and a king size single. (sleeps 3)
These two large bedrooms are newly carpeted, and have ceiling fans.

The bathroom and kitchen are new with modern stainless steel appliances, and polished floor boards throughout.

The house has ducted gas heating and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and main living area-no matter what the weather the house will always be comfortable.

There is a TV in the open plan kitchen / living area.
There is another TV and DVD in the second lounge with FOXTEL

The family area and kitchen opens out to a spacious sunny north facing deck and entertaining area with a large 4 burner gas gourmet BBQ.

We are ideally located within an easy drive of the Peninsula\'s golf courses,wineries and many other attractions. After a day of sight seeing take a leisurely stroll to a restaurant for a relaxing meal. Breakfast vouchers are available on request.

Without having to drive anywhere this is ideal for a family (or two) or a group of friends wanting a relaxing holiday.
