Extravagantly appointed with European influences including designer stainless steel pedestal vanity with glass bowl, large open shower, with the latest imported Italian tiles throughout.

Heating/Cooloing
Open fireplace in the living area, LG Inverter Art Cool split system heating and cooling unit. Ducted Heating has also been installed for your comfort.

Kitchen
There is a full modern kitchen complete with all ammenities including a crisp and grill microwave and Dishdrawer/washer ans stone benchtops.

Provisions
Breakfast provisions provided for the first morning: Fresh bread, milk, cereal, orange juice, coffee, tea, sugar, butter and preserves. Welcome Drinks and a Kudos Spa gift pack.

Situated on over an acre of landscaped gardens in central Hepburn Springs. Kudos Earth is the perfect base from which to explore this historic region or indulge in a little pampering Hepburn Springs is famous for.
Birdlife and native fauna are abundant with regular visits from echidnas and kangaroos. Commanding tree-top views over Doctors Gully in Hepburn Springs within walking distance to the best restaurants and day spas and only a short drive to neighbouring Daylesford.

We had an AMAZING weekend, the villa was everything we hoped for and more. An excellent concept and design, obviously a lot of thought went into creating such a dream getaway… You really have thought of everything…
Everything you recommended was just great, I couldn’t fault any of it!!
I loved flicking through the little book that all the guests have written it, we all seem to say the same thing. It really is a credit to you both.
Well done guys, I can’t thank you enough, I’m so glad I sent the email now even though you were fully booked, it was meant to be!!
We will definitely be coming back, we may even book in the next couple of weeks for a 4-5 day stay in December-January. We can’t wait to return

Thanks very much for organizing everything for our stay at Kudos Villa last Sunday night (and at such short notice)!!! We were extremely impressed with the accommodation and effort in which you’d obviously gone to make sure your guests had everything they could possibly need for a night out of Melbourne. In particular we loved Libby (Mass said it was the best massage he’d ever had and he has at least 2 per week), the extras – groovy tunes, the fire set, hair dryer, breakfast, the vodka/Stella pack!! All those extras are small things but ones that certainly make a difference. But mostly we loved the seclusion and feeling that we were surrounded by gorgeous countryside. It’s obviously good karma that brings loads of guests your way for not building 3 times as many villas and for ensuring seclusion and client satisfaction is paramount!!
I think I already explained to you that Mass is so fussy!!! He demands only the best. We travel approx. 12 times per year which includes at least 2 European destinations. It’s very rare that I’ve managed to find a hotel or accommodation that he’s really happy with. So, congratulations on what we felt to be a truly beautiful week end retreat.

We had an amazing time at Kudos. It met all my expectations and so much more. I have already been telling all my family and friends that they need to visit your villas. They are truly beautiful. When I found your website on the internet I knew instantly that I must stay there. I am so glad a came across it. Rob and I have been together for over 7 years now and this was the first time we had been away on our own. Needless to say Rob took the opportunity whilst he had it, and proposed during our visit at your wonderful villa. It will be a moment in my life that will be cherished forever. Rob and I plan to make an annual trip for the two of us, and hopefully we will be able to stay in all of the villas eventually.
