Birdlife and native fauna are abundant with regular visits from echidnas and kangaroos. Commanding tree-top views over Doctors Gully in Hepburn Springs within walking distance to the best restaurants and day spas and only a short drive to neighbouring Daylesford.

"Thanks very much for organizing everything for our stay at Kudos Villa last Sunday night (and at such short notice)!!! We were extremely impressed with the accommodation and effort in which you’d obviously gone to make sure your guests had everything they could possibly need for a night out of Melbourne. In particular we loved Libby (Mass said it was the best massage he’d ever had and he has at least 2 per week), the extras – groovy tunes, the fire set, hair dryer, breakfast, the vodka/Stella pack!! All those extras are small things but ones that certainly make a difference. But mostly we loved the seclusion and feeling that we were surrounded by gorgeous countryside. It’s obviously good karma that brings loads of guests your way for not building 3 times as many villas and for ensuring seclusion and client satisfaction is paramount!!
I think I already explained to you that Mass is so fussy!!! He demands only the best. We travel approx. 12 times per year which includes at least 2 European destinations. It’s very rare that I’ve managed to find a hotel or accommodation that he’s really happy with. So, congratulations on what we felt to be a truly beautiful week end retreat.

When I found your website on the internet I knew instantly that I must stay there. I am so glad a came across it. Rob and I have been together for over 7 years now and this was the first time we had been away on our own. Needless to say Rob took the opportunity whilst he had it, and proposed during our visit at your wonderful villa. It will be a moment in my life that will be cherished forever. Rob and I plan to make an annual trip for the two of us, and hopefully we will be able to stay in all of the villas eventually.
