We loved our stay at Richard’s apartment in Leith! It was exactly as listed, and even better when we got there and experienced the area. Communicating with Richard was easy and he was very responsive. The area is quiet, but with plenty of great restaurants, shopping and pubs. We would definitely stay again!

Apartment was excellent for 5 of us, exiled Scots returning to Edinburgh for 6 nations Rugby. Good living areas and comfortable and quiet bedrooms.
Short walking distance for essential groceries and really easy access from Train Station via tram (which also runs to airport)
This apartment met our needs perfectly
The apartment had everything that was needed for a weekend stay - and it was well set out with plenty of room.There was an issue with the showers with getting the temperature and water flow to work properly!!!

We stayed for a weekend at the apartment and it was exactly what we needed for a group of 7. Plenty space in each room and in the living room / kitchen / dining room. Good communication with the team and an easy check-in / departure. They responded quickly when we noticed we were missing one set of bedding.
Really had a fantastic time in Edinburgh staying in this fantastic apartment there was 8 of us and there was plenty of place check was great Richard was there to meet us and was really helpful apartment was immaculately clean and was well equipped with everything we needed really close to ocean terminal with trams to take you into the centre of Edinburgh will definitely making a return visit
Richard was great! He helped us with the check in process and made sure we had everything we needed. The toilet in the master bathroom, as others have pointed out was a bit high (meant for disabled people apparently) but we made it work. The location was great to get to and from Christmas markets and the royal mile, the shopping plaza next door was very convenient- definitely worth it!

Birthday celebrations
We were greeted on arrival and shown to the apartment. We were allocated secure parking. The building was very secure, keys needed to access the building, the lift and the apartment. The apartment was bright and clean. The window blind fell down when we opened a window, we rang the contact number who answered immediately and offered to come and rehang it. Overall would recommend.

An average property, I often rent places in Edinburgh but this time I decided to pay a lot more to see if I could get something more special. To be honest, this place was over priced I’ve stayed in better places that were cheaper and yes, that was when the Fringe was on too.There were cracks in the en-suite floor tiles, that was probably from people falling off the excessively high toilet. I can only guess that the original owner was a basketball player?There were other niggles but I guess the one that got to me the most was the lack of pillow protectors under the pillow cases, my partner is a stickler for checking these things, we could see the dribbles of previous tenants on the pillow if we looked. Pillow protectors which get washed between guests would mitigate that.

This property fulfilled all of our needs. Great base for getting out and about, almost everything worked flawlessly and everyone slept well.Communication with owner was perfect.The showers in both bathrooms would benefit from a deep clean on the grout. The heating/water did ‘go out’ on the final night, but we figured out how to reset the boiler in the morning and heat/water soon returned.The owner did explain that the apartment below had a drainage issue and this could be smelled in the laundry room. We kept that door closed most of the time and it didn’t cause us a problem.TV/Wifi is excellent.The kitchen had all the basics although we did have local family who brought over a couple of things like roasting tins.We would definitely stay here again, and with attention to the minor issues detailed above, it would be a 5 star experience.
We had a lovely time in the flat, the large combined living room/dining room/kitchen is especially nice. We had a query with the bed arrangement to which the host responded quickly and was helpful in finding a solution. The flat is only 2 mins walk from a bus station that gets you to Princes Street in under 30 mins. We would stay here again
