Description

Live in the beachside suburb of Hillarys! We are minutes from Hillarys Marina/Sorrento Quay where you can swim, shop, dine and sail to Rottnest Island. Whitford City offers 276 specialty stores for those who like to shop or you can visit Perth city which is a 20minute train ride away.

Hillarys beach features pristine white sands and safe swimming while the patrolled beaches of Mullaloo and Sorrento are nearby. Dine at the many coastal cafes and restaurants or head into Northbridge for nightlife only a 20 minute train ride away.

Nearby water sports include scuba diving, kite-surfing and windsurfing. We are 1km from Pinaroo Point, just North of Hillarys Marina, which is popular for kite and windsurfing and classes for both sports are also held here. Sorrento Quay Dive Shop also offers dive trips and PADI dive courses.

The Swan Valley wine and food region is only a 40 minute car ride away and is perfect for a wine tasting day trip.

Our House

A typical Aussie beachside suburb house! Located in a quiet residential area with three bedrooms featuring a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two rooms with 2 single beds in each all ready made up with high quality Australian linen.

The modern bathroom has a shower and bath (all bath linen is provided) and there is a separate toilet off the laundry which also has a new, easy to use washing machine.

Parents can relax in the lounge room while the kids play and watch television in the huge games room which looks out to the pool or send the kids outside and watch them in the pool while enjoying a cool beverage at the bar in the games room.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove and microwave along with granite benchtops and also looks out to the alfresco area and backyard.

The outdoor setting allows you to dine under the pergola on warm summer nights. You can lounge by the pool on sunny days or play a friendly game of backyard cricket or Aussie Rules on the lawn before a refreshing swim to cool off.

Lockable garage and ample off-street parking.

Any way you choose to enjoy your time you will be living the Aussie Beach Life!
