Description

Bankside Retreat gains its name from its proximity to the Margaret River that meanders past on the other side of the road. The river banks play host to a network of trails that lead to forest walks and picnic spots.
Bankside Retreat is a three bedroom two bathroom house in a premium suburb to the east of town called Riverslea. From there you are a couple of minutes drive to the main coffee strip of Margaret River and within striking distance of some of the best wineries and restaurants.

The beaches and forests are about ten minutes away. In other words, it is the perfect location for holidaymakers who would like the convenience of being close to town and the added luxury of looking out across natural bushland from their lounge room.

The residence has a big open-plan entertainment/living area, reading/TV room, a laundry, and a grassed back garden area complete with outdoor heating.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and TV. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and the third has two singles.

The kitchen that overlooks the entertaining area is modern and fully equipped, dining and lounge areas are comfortably furnished and heated by means of a wood fired stove. The lounge has TV, DVD, and stereo.

An extra feature is the additional sitting room which brings a little privacy, or somewhere for the kids to watch their own TV.
