LONG REEF BEACH HOUSE is an easy 2.5 hour drive from Sydney, or 3 hours from Canberra, and around 30 mins from Nowra. It is well serviced by the local shops which include a small supermarket with take away food section, cafe/fish & chip takeaway, newsagent, butcher, bottle shop and Bowling Club with a Chinese restaurant.

For boating enthusiasts we have convenient direct access to the boat ramp. If windsurfing, snorkeling, kayaking or scuba diving doesn't tempt you, or if lying on the beach or swimming in the poular rock-pools isn't your thing, then we have fishing at your doorstep.

A short drive away is beautiful Jervis Bay National Park with its world famous diving locations, dolphin and whale watch cruises, secluded beaches and charming coastal towns.

Pricing

LONG REEF BEACH HOUSE is a modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, sleeping 8 people comfortably, with all the conveniences of home, including flat screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen with new stove/oven & rangehood, remote control ceiling fans, heaters in each room, front and rear decks, plus loads more.

LINEN including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats and tea towels are now included in our price.

It is available for short-term holiday accommodation - minimum 2 night bookings only. A flat rate for the whole house applies during summer and all school holiday periods, official long weekends and Easter. Only weekly Saturday to Saturday bookings are taken during summer season and school holidays.

Outside these periods, LONG REEF BEACH HOUSE can be booked by guests requiring only two bedrooms (minimum) or three bedrooms, and the tariff is reduced accordingly. Any bedrooms (and adjacent bathrooms) which are not booked will be kept locked to minimise our cleaning costs. They will not be rented to other guests during your stay.


PRICES ARE PROVIDED ON APPLICATION.

Rates range between approx $900 for the full 4 bedroom house booking for a weekend (Friday 3pm to Sunday 6pm) to $2,500 per school holiday week (Saturday to Saturday), to approx $3,650 per Christmas School holiday week (peak period - Saturday to Saturday). Easter holiday long weekend bookings are a minimum of 4 nights at a rate of $1,800 - all of our rates now include linen.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. On making a booking, we will forward you a confirmation letter outlining the terms and conditions applying to your booking. Confirming a booking indicates your acceptance of those terms and conditions.

LINEN & TOWELS
Queen bed sheets for up to 3 queen beds, king single sheets for 2 beds, along with bath towels, bathmats, tea towels, pillows, doonas and light blankets. The linen provided is reflect in your booking agreement, and depends upon the number and type of rooms booked.

PETS
Pets are permitted at Long Reef Beach House, subject to prior arrangement and payment of a refundable bond. Conditions apply.

GENERAL BOND
May be applicable on some bookings and is at our discretion.

Confirmation of the reservation will only be made on receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit. Payment of the balance is due 14 days prior to your booking. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard) or direct deposit.
