This modern light filled 2 bedroom eco-house with open plan living area offers spectacular everchanging views down the valley and across the sea to Kangaroo Island. The house stands alone on 2.5 acres.

Secluded and private country property with 'walled' secret garden, olive grove, orchard, native and exotic trees. Generous living area with polished wooden floors throughout, a cook's kitchen and floor to ceiling glass doors. The main bedroom opens onto the deck and the garden beyond or the stars above. Enjoy the hot water outdoor shower under the sun or stars.

Watch the wildlife - native birds, kangaroos and the occasional echidna through the floor to ceiling picture window.

Visit the beautiful Raywood Nursery growing and selling exotic and native plants 5mins away on Tappanappa Rd, with a 1000yr old Grass tree (Xanthorrhoea sp.) growing near the carpark!

Please note, there is no air conditioning in the house, though there are ceiling fans and other fans.

We have a dam on the property, which may or may not have water, so parents with young children will need to supervise them at all times.

Local wine from CARRICKALINGA CREEK WINERY available for sale at the house.
