The home is a renovated 4 bed, 2 bath cottage with sparkling solar blanket heated pool and big outdoor area ideally set only 700m from Sorrento Beach. Hillarys Boat Harbour, Perth\'s most popular tourist attraction is right next door to Sorrento Beach! The patrolled beaches, shops and restaurants at Sorrento Quay are only1.5km walk from the house whilst Perth\'s other tourist attractions merely a short trip away.
Perth city centre can be reached by a short 20min car journey or by catching the train from the station, a 3 min drive from your doorstep.To taste the local wines and cheeses why not drive up to the Swan Valley, 30 minutes inland and well worth the tasty visit! If driving\'s not your intention, then hop onto one of the many buses that run along West Coast Hwy,700m from your front door, which will take you to your preferred destination.PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FAMILY HOME IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL STREET THERFORE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LARGE GROUPS OF TEENAGE/YOUNG ADULTS IN PARTY MODE.

This homely cottage is ideal for those looking for a bit more space in the back yard with lots of room for the kids to run around in or play on the swing! Or why not just wade out into the Indian Ocean or relax on the beaches close by?
The large entertaing area, just off the spacious kitchen, is ideally undercover for those wishing to cool off in the shade. Alternatively, if you want to make the most of the sun then you can laze around on the loungers, either on the lawn or by the fenced off sparkling pool.
There are many reserves and attractions to visit, but if you want to stay local and enjoy your surroundings then have a walk along the path that runs parallell to the beach.

The Comfortable, Cosy, Cottage.

This house was built to stay cool however there are fans in all the rooms and an aicon in the kitchen/lining area and upstairs master bedroom.
There are four bedrooms to the home. The master bedroom holds a queen size bed with a large walk in wardrobe and en-suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 contain two single beds, whilst bedroom 4 has a double bed. (For those with younger children a cot and highchair are available).
The second bathroom has a bath and seperate shower.
The linen cupboard holds ample bedding and towels. The lounge has 2x3 seater sofas, plus window bay seating.There are 2 tvs in the home, video player dvd and cd player.
The large kitchen has all you need as well as the most important item a dishwasher! The washing machine, iron and ironing board live in the utility room with the washing line immediately at the back door.
