The small complex consists of 3 independent apartments. The 125 m² apartment Mimosa can accommodate up to 7 people. In front of the apartment a large shady terrace with dining table, garden chairs and barbecue was built. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove, electric oven and fridge freezer. It is followed by a small bright living room, through which the 1. Bedroom with double bed and closet reached. From here you also have direct access to a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor with 2 further spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with WC, bidet and shower cubicles. One bedroom also has a small attic room with a single bed. Central heating, fly screens on the windows, satellite TV and WIFI. The entire apartment is well maintained and well equipped, with taste and empathy and gives its guests rest in an individual setting.

Sehr Schönes Ferienhaus, im sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Zentrum von Montescudaio ist per Fuß in 650m zu erreichen. Der romantische Ort rundet den Aufenthalt ab. Es gibt Restaurants, EisVerkauf, Bäcker, Metzger, Post, Einkaufsläden,... Es war rundum ein hervorragender Urlaub für uns 5.
