The house is one of the first residences of the area so there is a lot of history surrounding the house.
The home is self-contained, practical, comfortable and has a relaxed feel. There are two bedrooms, one includes a queen sized bed and the other two king singles and a trundle bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sunny internal veranda is very comfortable.
Delightfully private, this charming residence on more than an acre of land is all for you.
Just a short stroll to Blueys Beach!
NOTE: Just a reminder that there are NO PETS allowed under any circunstancies due to allergies to other guest and our family.

There are many things to see and do around the Pacific Palms area including: Swiming, surfing, fishing, walking, or just relaxing.
You can also visit Seal Rocks Light House or the tallest tree in NSW, or maybe visit one of the three lakes in the area including Myle, Wallis and Smiths Lake.
The house is quietly located with all the convenience of commercial facilities.
There are few restaurants close to the house which have full A le cart menu, as well as coffee shops, fish and chips and take away food stores, pizza restaurant, pharmacy, doctors surgery, surf shop, general store, petrol station and bottle shop within 200 metres from Casa del Sol.
There are also 2 clubs (Recreational and Bowling) a short drive away.
Beside the activities around Blueys Beach and Pacific Palms area/Forster/Tuncurry have all the activities of a mid size town. Within 5-30 minutes drive you have endless National Parks, lakes, lighthouses, restaurants and coffee shops. There is a Tourist Information Centre 5 minutes walk from our house which has all the information needed for things to do around the area.
Internet access is also available at the Tourist Information Centre (or BYO Laptop $3.00/60 min).
If raining and you are looking for spa, heated swiming pool and souna, there is a public sport club 20 min driving from the house and you can pay a little fee as a casual visiter.
NOTE
The kitchen is fully equipped,plunger cofe maker and expreso maker. A lot of casseroles.
Blankets and pillows are supplied. You can take your own towels and linen or if linen is required you can rent from the local Real Estate approx. cost $ 45.00 for 1 queen bed, $90.00 for 2 King Single beds and $35.00 for 1 Single bed.
