“Villa Spa Nipotine” is situated in a quiet and sunny location on the sunny slope of Intra. Right from the house, on the edge of the nature reserve, you can embark on varied excursions and discover romantic spots that are accessible only on foot. The village of Arizzano is about 500 m away, where you’ll find, among other things, a bar, a restaurant, a supermarket, and a children’s playground. Those looking for the amenities of a larger town will find everything their heart desires in Intra, just under 3 km away, including the beautiful lakeside promenade, the public beach, the charming old town with many shops, bars, cafés, restaurants, and pizzerias, as well as several large supermarkets open seven days a week. About 3 km away, you’ll find a mini-golf course with a restaurant, a pond for fishing, public tennis courts, and an idyllically located public outdoor swimming pool with a pizzeria/restaurant and bar. Golfers can play a round about 7 km upstream in the health resort of Premeno. The two units of “Villa Spa Nipotine” are furnished with great attention to detail and are extremely tasteful and well-equipped, including underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The highlight of each unit is the hot tub on the approximately 100 m² sun terrace (Unit A), or on the approximately 22 m² sun terrace on the property (Unit Casa Sorelle), from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake, the Borromean Islands, and the mountains. The Astral brand hot tubs (Emotion model) each accommodate 5 people (1.98 m x 2.16 m x 0.90 m). The capacity is 900 litres. The hot tubs are open annually from March 15 to November 15 and feature 34 hydromassage jets and LED lighting. Thanks to the spacious layout, each unit offers enough room for every guest to find a private retreat. Unit An includes a garage and a parking space next to the house. Guests of the Casa Sorelle unit have access to 2 parking spaces next to the house. Two additional public parking spaces are located approximately 50 m away. For groups of up to 26 people, we recommend renting both Unit An and Casa Sorelle together.
