Seabreeze House is only 100 metres to Hopkins River for fishing and boating. Take a leisurely stroll 700 metres to Logans Beach, great for the family and pets to exercise. Then walk to the Historic Proudfoot Restaurant on the River for breakfast or cuppa before you have a Cruise on the Riverboat.
Remember to bring the camera in July to Oct when the whales can be viewed from a specially built viewing platform 1200 metres from Seabreese House.
Across the road, there a cafe, brimming with delicious homemade cakes and biscuits and all your daily essentials like the morning paper and milk.

Local attractions
Warrnambool is located only one hours drive from the 12 Apostles on the Great Ocean Road.
It has beautiful beaches, historic Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village and the Southern Right Whales which visit in June to Oct.
A few minutes on from Warrnambool is Tower Hill a wildlife haven and dormant volcano where koalas, emus and kangaroos roam freely. Popular for picnics and nature walks.
Warrnambool is renowned for its restaurants and bistros which offers a wide array of Australian and multicultural dining opportunities.

Wow! What a great property! The owners have thought of everything for the dog....little treats, bowls, toys etc....Zoe just loved it...the big backyard for play, just fantastic. The location near the beach was fantastic...lots of lovely walks along the beach nearby. For us humans, the property was also great. The big comfy bed, the coffee, the magazines...everything thought of. We would love to return and highly recommend this property :)

Well what a wonderful time the whole family had, including our four legged member of the family. The house was great, fantastic location, close to beach and had everything possible you could want. The store about 4 houses away was great as well for any little thing that you had forgotton and the morning papers. We stayed 5 nights in all and had a fantastic time. We hope to stay again.

Lovely place and close to all attractions. Very conveniently located to the Whale viewing platform but more importantly you could take a walk to the beach or to the bridge as there are a lot of walking tracks nearby. Would recommend to anyone visiting Warrnambool.

Seabreeze is a wonderful property. We loved the location and Judy was a very friendly host. The kids loved the decor and big back yard. It was 5 minutes drive to town and whale watching and we'd definitely stay again.

The owner was very friendly and the little extra's did not go unnotices. A treat and some doggie food! We were tempted to stay longer. What a great place, I would definitely recommend Seabreeze - next time pls provide the whales, we didn't see any!!!

The house was lovely - the owners clearly went to a lot of trouble to make sure it had a comfortable homely feel to it. I loved the attention to detail - the magazines, the dvds, the pictures on the wall, the doggy box of things for our four-legged friends. The kitchen was well equipped, the garden was a good size and it was close to the whale watching area and beach. Would definitely recommend!
