The Beach House

This is a modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious house spanning 3 levels, featuring absolute north-facing secluded beachfront location adjacent to Orion Beach with large grassy backyard, generous deck for outdoor entertaining and stunning views of Jervis Bay.
Large open plan indoor/outdoor dining and lounge area has ceiling to floor glass to take advantage of the beautiful north facing views of bush, beach and sea. The magnificent Australian landscape at its best is yours to enjoy from almost every room.
The main bedroom on the upper level has ensuite and a private deck from which to take in magnificent views of the bay. Two other bedrooms on the ground floor sleep 2 people each, accomodating 4 people in total. One bedroom has 2 single beds whilst the other has the option of 2 long single beds or 1 king bed. Choose whichever bed configuration you prefer. On the lower ground level, there is sleeping accomodation for 2 on divan beds in a self contained studio with kitchenette, ensuite and direct access via timber doors to large grassed area with view overlooking the beach - perfect for nanny accomodation or teenagers retreat by night and rumpus room by day.

The Bungalow

This superbly decorated Balinese style bungalow features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan living with a private north facing garden including a BBQ.

With private easy access to the beach and a separate entrance this Bungalow is perfect for a family or a romantic weekend getaway for 2.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a Queen and a King Single bed.
Rented in combination with the beach house, the Bungalow provides the perfect option for 2 families wanting a relaxing beach holiday together.
Both properties include linen and all amenities including local telephone and internet access, TV, VCR, CD player, dishwasher and BBQ\'s.
