Featuring high ceilings, large open spaces, several courtyards and decks. The large glazed doors and glass walls promote a cooling airflow in summer and capture the heat in winter. The apartment is also fully air conditioned (reverse cycle).

You have your own three private courtyards: The front courtyard has your own 10m lap swimming pool and plenty of space to sunbake. There is a central internal courtyard which is ideal for BBQs or just relaxing in complete privacy. The rear courtyard captures the cool ocean breeze.

Property Features

The townhouse/apartment has a spacious ground floor living and entertainment area with lounge room, dining room, kitchen and laundry, plus a separate toilet.

The lounge room has a large 106cm LCD TV, DVD player and stereo system with a selection of DVD movies and board games provided to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc. Spacious separate dining and lounge rooms built for comfort.

There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs plus additional sleeping options:
. Master Bedroom with ensuite: Queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps extra TV/DVD plus private balcony.
. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps adjacent to main bathroom.
. Living area: There are 2 single ottoman beds which can be pulled out and used for sleeping in the night time. There is also a pullout Sofa double bed in the lounge room.

Extra Provisions

. BBQ and outdoor table setting located in the central courtyard
. Quilts on beds with extra blankets/pillows in cupboards
. Movies, board games, books, magazines, tourist maps, etc.
. Washing powder, detergents, toilet paper, napkins, tissues.
. Tea, coffee and sugar to get you through the first night.

NO LINEN (pillow cases, sheets) or TOWELS PROVIDED. If required, these can be provided on request at an additional cost of $80.
