Featuring high ceilings, large open spaces, private courtyards and decks. The large glazed doors and glass walls promote a cooling airflow in summer and capture the heat in winter. The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout to make your stay comfortable in summer or winter.

You have your own three private courtyards: The front courtyard has your own 10m lap swimming pool (not shared with other units) and plenty of space to sunbake. There is a central internal courtyard which is ideal for outdoor eating, BBQ or just relaxing in complete privacy. The rear courtyard captures the cool ocean breeze.

Property Features

The townhouse/apartment has a spacious ground floor living and entertainment area with lounge room, dining room, kitchen and laundry, plus a separate downstairs powder room.

The lounge room has a large 106cm LCD TV, DVD player and stereo system with a selection of DVD movies and board games provided to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc. Spacious separate dining and lounge rooms built for comfort.

There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs:
. Master Bedroom with ensuite: Queen size bed, bedside tables and LCD TV/DVD plus private balcony.
. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed and bedside tables. This bedroom is situated adjacent to main bathroom (could be thought of as a second ensuite).

Additional sleeping options:
. Dining room - Can be converted to a 3rd bedroom in the night time with 2 single beds.
. Lounge Room - There is a pullout double Sofa bed.

Extra Provisions

. BBQ & Outdoor table setting located in the central courtyard
. Clothes line in back courtyard.
. Covered quilts on beds with extra blankets/pillows in cupboards
. Movies, board games, books, magazines, tourist maps, etc.
. Washing powder, detergents, toilet paper and napkins
. Tea, coffee and sugar to get you through the first night.

NO LINEN (pillow cases, sheets) or TOWELS PROVIDED. If required, these can be provided on request at an additional cost of $80.
