This delightful, near-new property in situated in the centre of town, just 250m from popular Cowes beach, and 500m from the Cowes shopping centre. Just park the car in the remote controlled, lock-up garage and leave it there!
A member of the Phillip Island Holiday Homes group, this superbly decorated townhouse is equipped with supremely comfortable beds, all kitchen and laundry appliances and products, plus TV/DVD and CD player. Other features include reverse cycle, split system air conditioning in most rooms, a huge WIR off the main bedroom, and BIR's in the other bedrooms.
To top it off there is a completely enclosed courtyard, equipped with a gas barbecue and sheltered outdoor setting for those beautiful summer days and evenings.
Paradise is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 9...
Bedroom 1: One queen size bed, one king size single

Bedroom 3: One set of tri-bunks* and one king size single
* Tri-bunks consist of a double lower and a single upper.
All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. Guests are required to provide their own linen unless otherwise arranged. All linen, including top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, facecloths & bathmats can be provided, with beds made up before arrival and stripped after departure, for a minimal fee. Linen hire is compulsory for one-night stays.

Meander along one of the gorgeous beaches, dine out at one of the Islands many tempting restaurants, take a five minute stroll to Cowes shopping strip to buy an ice-cream, cruise the bay on a ferry, or check out some of the other exciting attractions the Island has to offer!
Enjoy a game of golf, go surfing, go swimming, see the Penguin Parade, take the kids to Amaze'n'Things, visit one of the wildlife sanctuaries and cuddle the koalas, feed the pelicans at San Remo Jetty, go ten-pin bowling, take one of the numerous delightfully planned walks, visit nearby Churchill Island or just go fishing...
