Description

The upper balcony of this well appointed beach house offers panoramic views of Cowaramup Bay, the swimming beach, local surf breaks and the exciting coastline. This house has living areas, balconies and bathrooms on both the upper and lower levels. The house has a well equiped new kitchen, TV, video and CD player. You will need to bring sheets and towels (although these can be can be hired if you prefer)

Location

The house is a 5 minute walk from the beach and three popular surf breaks. The town of Margaret River is a 10 minute drive away.

Local Attractions

Cowaramup Bay is situated midway between Cape Naturalist and Cape Leeuwin, on the Cape to Cape Walk The protected bay offers a safe swimming beach with good snorkeling and fishing. There are 3 good surf breaks on the entrace to the bay, with other breaks a short drive away. Migrating whales can be viewed from the balcony of the house in the springtime. Margaret River townsite with its restaurants, craft shops and Sunday market is a 10 minute drive away. Vineyards and wineries abound in the surrounding districts.
