In the district of El Rafalet, in the resort 6.5 km from the centre of El Arenal - Javea, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 6.5 km from the sea, 6.5 km from the beach. Private: with wildlife garden, natural garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 5.9 km, restaurant 1.4 km, café 1.4 km, bus stop 6.2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 6.5 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava" 6.5 km, rocky beach "Cala Blanca" 8 km.
