Lovely Villa, Great Location 5*

This was a lovely villa, very well equiped, in a great location, and the views are stunning. Jason & Anna have made this villa fantastic. Amy (mamanger) was lovely and very helpful. We didnt have great weather but that didnt stop us having a great time. Location is great, 5 minutes to Arunel Beach. The Port is lovely, and Masena at the bottom of the road was a lovely lovely place to eat. You wont be dissapointed if you book this villa.

Relaxing home from home

We had a really relaxing stay in this lovely modern villa! The villa was clean and comfortable with a good sized pool with sun all day but with good shade provided with 4 large umbrellas - which we definitely needed in August! The pool bar was great too! Cold drinks close by at all times! The two main outdoor seating areas are just off the main living area. We preferred the Naya as we needed some respite from the sun at lunchtime and also ate breakfast there, looking out over the fantastic view of Montgo mountain and surrounding area, watching the Swallows come and go! No doubt we would have used the other terrace too if it hadn't been so hot! Very well equipped modern kitchen, with laundry facilities just outside. We had a couple of minor issues which were sorted quickly by the owner, Jason. All in all, the best villa we have stayed in so far!

Très belle villa avec une splendide vue sur la vallée

Villa conforme à la description de l’annonce. Tout est de plein pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bain également. Un grand escalier mène à la magnifique grande piscine. Le propriétaire est très disponible et répond rapidement lors du séjour.

Beautiful views for a relaxing vacation

This property has stunning views over the valley and a large pool / terrace area. Jason made us feel very welcome and was in communication whenever we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Très bon séjour. Une maison avec une très belle vue et grande piscine.

Maison agréable avec l'air conditionné dans toutes les pièces. Très belle vue sur le mont Montgo (avec un très beau coucher de soleil) et une piscine très grande. Propriétaire très agréable (réactif et disponible si nécessaire).

Amazing villa

We are regular visits to Javea and stayed in many villas but this villa is certainly one of our favourites. We stayed at this beautiful villa for 10 days over Christmas and it was perfect in every way. The decor, furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen are all beautifully presented and very sleek and modern. So lovely to have mirrors near plugs to dry your hair :) We found the small south facing terrace off of the lounge an absolute suntrap even in December, and we enjoyed afternoons sat outside admiring the lovely views in the warm winter sunshine - even on Christmas Day ! In the evenings the villa was warm and cosy, and we were able to light the wood burner most nights when we were home to make it even more cosy. I can only imagine how lovely the villa is during the hot summer months with a fabulous Naya and BBQ area, and the pool is large with lots of lovely areas to sit and relax. Javea is a lovely place to stay with plenty of bars and restaurants, a lovely beach and Port area and a great place to relax and unwind. We visited Valencia on this trip for the first time and was not disappointed. Easy on the train from Xeraco . We cannot thank Jason & Ana enough for all their help with booking this trip, and we had a fabulous Christmas in their beautiful home.

Immacuate

We had a wonderful week in this beautifully presented house. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the property, reflected by the quality of the furnishings and decor throughout the home. The brand new bathrooms and fitted kitchen made for a lovely home from home for the week and the very comfortable beds completed the important checklist for an enjoyable holiday! Located in a residential area, the property is in a great location, being just a short, ten minute drive or taxi fare into the beachfront restaurants at Arenal beach. There are wonderful views to be had across the valley, which can be enjoyed whilst relaxing with a cooling drink on the comfortable, covered terrace. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need, all completed by Sky HD and good wi-fi throughout the house. It's also worth adding that the owners of the property were extremely helpful, with clear communication, directions and any other tips they could give us.We really enjoyed our time and hope to stay again.

Lovely villa in an idyllic setting

There may be more spectacular views to be had while playing pool but if there are then we've certainly never seen them. This is a great villa in a lovely location. We've stayed in quite a few owners direct villas over the years but this was a clear winner. It's the cleanest pool we've ever seen and it faces in just the right direction to get maximum benefit from the sun for most of the day. Sitting on the comfy sofa and chairs in the shaded naya while admiring the views across the mountains was just the last word in relaxation. The villa itself is very clean and spacious for a three bedroom, The showers are one of the best features and are ideal for this sort of lifestyle. We hope to return and would definitely recommend it as an ideal location for a great family holiday.

Fantastic

A fantastic 10 days was had by us at this fantastic villa. The villa is lovely & clean as well as having everything you need for a relaxing stay. Beautiful pool area, all cooking utensils that you need to cook as well as a large bbq. Only a short drive to the arenal beach area with lots of bars & restaurants. Good reliable taxis too if needed.
