Air conditioning throughout the villa including all bedrooms giving premium hot and cold luxury.
This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has been refurbished throughout with open plan fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom and ensuite with fantastic Roca showers, luxury floor tiling throughout, every room replastered and freshly painted and a large superb terrace leading off from the living room for those sun worshippers as this terrace is a sun trap from dawn to dusk - make sure you pack plenty of suncream! The villa boasts from magnificent mountain and valley views with spacious private grounds and the added benefit of air conditioning included in the rental price advertised, wifi throughout the villa and IPTV (which has all UK Sky channels including movies and sports) in the living room and master bedroom. All bedrooms have a TV with inbuilt DVD player too for those who want to relax on the comfy beds after a hard day's lazing by the pool, or want to keep the kids entertained with a DVD so they can enjoy some peace and quiet adult time. (Since Covid we no longer provide DVDs). The villa is perfect for those with children as it is totally enclosed with fencing, remote electric gated entry for your car and an entry system pedestrian front gate leading onto the front garden and house which is all on one level, making it ideal for those with limited mobility. There are 2 CCTV cameras that cover the front of the house purely for security. There are no other cameras in the villa or grounds.
As you enter the front door, step inside the grand entrance hall which leads onto an inner hall/corridor - on the left is the very bright and airy open plan kitchen, diner and living room which has a traditional working log burner and high beamed ceiling. Open the large sliding doors onto a step free terraced area where you can enjoy the beautiful sunshine whilst dining/drinking or entertaining on comfy rattan sofas; or relax and enjoy the peace and quite with lovely views whilst sipping a coffee or reading a book in the morning before the sun is too hot. Come back inside the open plan living area and walk over to the glazed door leading two steps down into the covered and spacious terrace (Naya) where you can relax on very comfy rattan furniture or again dine around the lovely table. Take in the magnificent views of the Montgo mountain and valley below. From here there are steps leading down to the pool and garden area, or access with less steps can also be gained from the parking area. Back to the entrance hall is a corridor that leads to the first room on the right which is the family bathroom comprising of an ample walk in shower with huge shower head and smaller retractable shower, basin with two drawers and large mirror to check out your tan lines, and of course the toilet. Opposite the bathroom on the left of the corridor is the master bedroom where you will find yourself lying on the amazingly comfy superking size bed of an evening ready for a great night's sleep. This master room has a beautiful ensuite again with a walk in shower. The room at the end of the corridor has a very comfy king size bed in it and the window allows for lots of lovely light to enter during the day where you can enjoy the lovely views of the valley down below and mountain to the right as well as the pool. The last room to the far right of the corridor comprises of twin beds which are larger than standard single beds and again the room enjoys views of the Montgo mountain. All of the bedrooms have blackout blinds as well as external shutters to keep the rooms nice and cool during the day or shut them at night to enjoy a good night's sleep, all also fitted with mosquito nets and of course air conditioning units.
On the lower level, the larger than average private 10m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps takes centre stage and is framed beautifully with the views of the Montgo mountain and valley. There are plenty of sunbathing areas around the tiled pool area for those sun worshippers as well as a mature garden offering various seating areas for those seeking shade from the midday sun. Relax under the shade of the palm trees whilst reading a book and listening to the early morning birds and soft rustle of the tree leaves in the very welcome summer breeze. Need a chilled beer or ice pop for the kids (or adults)? No problem - just step into the pool bar where you will find everything you will need - a fridge freezer, 5 burner Broil King gas barbeque, side paellera (dare to try a traditional Valencian paella ot just fry some chips or rice) and all the cutlery, plates and glasses you may need (of course don’t forget to wash up after yourselves at the sink to keep the pesky insects away). After a day of sunbathing, sit up in the Naya with a glass of wine or beverage of your choice whilst taking in the spectacular views below and enjoy the sun setting over the valley below you, making this the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
Situated in a quiet, exclusive, residential area only 8 mins drive from the lovely sandy Arenal beach and promenade which is abundant with shops, restaurants, sports and leisure facilities; a 10 mins drive to the quaint old town where you can enjoy traditional tapas and Spanish cuisine away from the hustle and bustle of the Arenal promenade; a 3 mins drive to a 9 hole golf course and only 20 mins drive to the international La Sella 18 hole course. There is also a fantastic Michelin Star restaurant "Bon Amb" only a few minutes' drive from the villa with another superb restaurant opposite for those wishing to taste exquisitely prepared and delicious food. Again within a 5-7 mins drive there are a number of supermarkets to stock up on the wine, beer and nibbles. The location and amenities of this family villa make it a home away from home and a perfect ingredient for a fantastic Costa Blanca holiday!

About the host
Hosted by Jason Webb

As the name suggests, Casa Jasana is Jason and Ana’s home away from home. Ana is Spanish and I’m English. We purchased the villa in 2015 and refurbished it for modern living. I cannot take credit (although I try lol) for any of the design/decor - that’s all down to Ana. When we purchased the place it was stuck in the 1950s and was very dark and old-fashioned. I wasn’t that enamored but Ana could see the potential and as she rightly pointed out, you can change what a house looks like but you can’t change the views, you either have them or you don’t - and she wasn’t wrong - the views are stunning!
We got married at the villa in 2016 and therefore this place will always have a special place in our hearts (not to mention the purse strings when not needing to find an over-priced venue),
If you look up when you step into the naya you will see a very established swallows’ nest - we weren’t sure what it was when we first bought the place but very quickly established our place was well known by many for the swallows that have been coming to nest here for decades. It’s amazing sitting on the ratran furniture in May/June and watching mum/dad flying in to feed the starving growing crew inside the nest. Such a lovely bit of nature.
Ana also loves to head off to the local PADI school to go diving - Javea has some wonderful dive sights for those interested in scuba diving.
Whilst she is off diving I regularly head off to various paddle courts to enjoy a few paddle tennis games. We also have tennis courts and a 9-hole golf course on our doorstep not to mention the internationally renound 18-hole golf course in La Sella only a 20 mins drive away.
During the summer months there are the chiringuitos on the stoney beach front (between the Arenal and the port) with slightly cheaper drinks than on the Arenal promenade.
For the avid cyclist there are some great (and challenging) bike rides. Ana likes to ride downhill to the chiringuitos and then makes me ride back up the hill - hmmm

Why they chose this property
We first visited Javea as Ana has family here. At first we were not sure what all the fuss was about but there is just something about Javea that draws you in and keeps you coming back. It has a great micro climate so the temperature is always superb (well apart from the red rain that loves to fall just when you have jet-washed everything!!)
We just love the tranquility of the place but if you want to be a bit more upbeat there are always the bars and restaurants along the promenade.
What we especially like is that whilst we are only 30 mins drive from Benidorm, we do not have the high rises, stag/hen dos or noisy nightlife. Javea is definitely fit for families with children who just want to relax and enjoy the surroundings. But of course Benidorm is just 30 mins away for those youngsters wanting the nightclubs!

What makes this property unique
We pride ourselves on always striving for the guest to fully enjoy their stay without the hassle of having to pay extra for things like air conditioning, linens for all rooms (you will often find when you rent a villa you will only have the requisite number of beds made up for the number of guests booking - not us, we figured you have booked the villa not a room therefore you have free access to all of our rooms whether there are 6 of you coming or only 2), and we do not ask any extra for the clean at the end of your stay which most places do charge extra for. So what you see advertised is EXACTLY what you get,
