Bright and breezy three bedroom coastal retreat with a tropical vibe that is perfectly set up for holidays.
Located close to the river (4 mins walk to Aquacaf) and Goolwa beach, this property has been stylishly renovated. Clever lighting adds a dash of fantasy at night to the outdoor entertaining area and water feature.
Enter the retreat via an intriguing timber path to the stunning outdoor entertaining area with water feature that creates a peaceful ambience. Bifold doors open into the informal living incorporating dining, and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Adjoining is a lounge room (with big screen HDTV) that leads to a second covered deck.
There are so many separate "hang out" spaces in this place - that each person can have their own! Front deck (x 3 spaces - including a huge table that seats 8 people), back deck, day bed, red chair, lounge room, rumpus room (with pool table, couch and TV for games/DVDs)and a bench under the back yard trees (filled with many different birds all day!). There are also two outdoor bean bags that can go anywhere in the house to turn your favourite spot into a chill out space.
Each bedroom is beautifully presented and includes built in robes. The main bedroom has a QS bed with pillowtop mattress and sliding doors to a morning coffee nook. The second bedroom has QS bed with pillowtop mattress. The third bedroom has a double/single bunk for maximum flexibility!
The property includes split system air conditioning, timber floors throughout the living areas and quality blinds.
External features include rear outdoor living with gas BBQ (with wok burner), outdoor shower, outdoor fishing sink, lush low maintenance gardens (with automatic sprinkler) and spacious games room (with pool table, games/DVD TV).
