The villa was absolutely brilliant! The location was ideal with shops and restaurants nearby and was midway between Kato Paphos and Coral Bay.The villa is on 2 levels with the ground floor rooms being large and beautifully furnished, albeit the sink in the primary en-suite being small and a little awkward to use when having a wash, but that didn’t really bother me and it was the right size for that particular bathroom.The lower ground also had large rooms but were a bit more basic but were comfortable and had great wardrobe space and a large shared bathroom.You can’t actually see the “beach” as there is a banana plantation to the side and back of the property which I was aware of knowing the area very well, but you can hear the water and because the coast there is very rocky, not having direct access really did not matter.The pool was AMAZING!!! It was cleaned of any overnight leaves every morning and the family made good use of it.The kitchen has brilliant appliances and is stocked with everything you could want in a home. And the knives were sharp!!! Which has been a first for me!Check-in and checkout process was simple and Uri was on hand whenever I had questions. Communication was great.Everything was perfect and I really do recommend this property and will definitely be booking again for next year.Thanks Uri and Pavel for everything. Can’t wait to stay again!!

We just returned from a 3-day stay at this incredible villa. It was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had.
We were blown away by the view. Every morning started with coffee on the terrace, watching the sea and view, every evening ended with a sunset swim in the private pool. It felt like our own little paradise.
The villa itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. We were a group of five. Two kids and three adults but it can easily accommodate more people. Everyone had plenty of room to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had wonderful BBQs next to the pool.
What really stood out was how peaceful and private the location was. It’s tucked away in a quiet village, but still very close to Paphos, the beautiful Akamas and Coral Bay. We walked to the beach which is great for snorkling. It is 3 minute walk away. We visited wineries and enjoyed some amazing meals at local tavernas. We did a walk in the Avakas Gourge, the kids loved it.
This place is perfect for families or groups looking to unwind. We had so much fun. We will be back next year, next time for a longer stay.

Well the list is long! The agent was very attentive and replied positively right up to the time he needed to do something and then always had an excuse and only offer the promise it will better for the next guest! The ac system had an override in every room with no explanation how to use it! Clearly hiding one element behind furniture was clearly meant to prevent you using the A/C ! Then a kitchen with no toaster! Who fails to provide a toaster? Nobody not Evan the lowest property fails to offer a basic piece of equipment like a toaster! But no the agent refused to Evan borrow one from another property he had empty! He was just lazy and wouldn’t lift a finger to help! Then the villa was inundated with fertile cats! I thought the fly screen on the patio was for bugs but no it was a cat screen! 8 at one time reduced over the week as we didn’t feed them but every night and morning they relaxed on the patio furniture and awaited a feed! This property needs to be professionally managed! Last without least is that when you use the toilet the paper you use to wipe your back side can’t be flushed down the toilet! After a lifetime of world travel over 50 years this was the last straw! It should be shut down!!!!

Air Conditioning:
Each room has its own control unit, with instructions provided. We’ll make these even clearer.
Toaster:
The villa doesn’t include a toaster, though the oven can be used for toasting. We’ll consider adding one.
Other Properties:
We manage only this villa, so borrowing items wasn’t possible.
Cats:
Stray cats are common in Mediterranean areas. We don’t feed or encourage them and advise guests not to feed them.
Plumbing:
Cyprus uses narrow-diameter sewage pipes that cannot handle flushed toilet paper. This is standard across the country and noted in the listing and welcome guide.

Einer der besten Unterkünfte die wir im Mittelmeerraum bisher hatten. Super Sauber, mit Meerblick. Groß, mit Pool und Jacuzzi. Liegt sehr zentral, fußläufig eine Taverne wo es sehr lecker Essen gibt und man wirklich sehr gut bedient wird. Die Verständigung mit Uri ist perfekt. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen !!!

Fantastisch huis. 3 minuutjes lopen van het strand. Enorm stijlvolle en chique inrichting. Echt luxe. Super dicht bij Paphos. Contact met Uri was ook top. Zwembad was erg fijn en vooral het zicht dat je hebt op de zee is fantastisch. Je kan heerlijk genieten van de zonsondergang op het terras. Er is echt aan alles gedacht. Ook de locatie is erg rustig. Kortom een enorme aanrader!

Fantastische Villa! Eingebettet in Grün, ohne Einsicht von Außen. Jeden Tag Sonnenuntergang direkt vor uns und Meeresrauschen im Ohr. Pool perfekt und immernoch schön warm Anfang Oktober. Es war ein Traum! Die Villa hat zwei Ebenen. Die Zimmer oben sind toll! En-suite und so wie auf den Fotos geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer unten sind einfach gehalten mit einem gemeinsamen Bad und insgesamt 3 Einzelbetten. Es gab tolle Kuschel-Decken und ausreichend kuschelige Handtücher! Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Parkplatz hätte Platz für 4 Autos!Wir waren schon oft auf Zypern. Dies war mit Abstand die schönste Villa, die wir hatten - vom Style, der Ausstattung und der Lage. Zu Fuß waren einige tolle Lokale / Beach Bars erreichbar und auch als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Gegend ist die Lokation Mega. Uri war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten immer schnell geholfen. Wir empfehlen die Villa sehr!Kommen auch selbst gern wieder! Danke!!!
