Holiday rentals near Cape Liptrap Lighthouse Reserve

We had a lovely stay at Shearwater, it's a beautiful property and is well fitted out with everything you need. Safe and fun for kids, too, with a fence on the stairs and toys that our toddler loved rummaging in. We loved the area and want to go back because there is so much to see. The house was a bit more drive in and out, but probably more accessible walking if you're with mostly adults or older kids. We were there in winter so a lot was closed for the season, but we didn't mind, we were looking for a getaway and lots of puzzles and Catan rounds by the fire were enjoyed after windy beach walks. I would like to thank the hosts for providing such great accommodation. We were travelling with a group made up of grandparents (2), adult children (4) and grandchildren (3). This was the perfect accommodation for our group with bedrooms up and downstairs and beautiful well equipped bathrooms. The house was so well setup. There was everything that you needed, in case you forgot something including pantry items, bathroom items and books for reading. There was also an abundance of games and toys for children of all ages for those rainy days, as well as adult games. The area was beautiful and we had lots of forest and beach walks. The hosts had taken a lot of care to make this your home for your stay and they really showcased the area. Beautiful decks looking out on to paddocks with very comfortable outdoor furniture. There were 2 swings on the deck that kept the kids entertained for hours. Overall this was such great accommodation, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook for next year. The only comment I could make for improvement is the Bar B Q was a bit small for 9 people. We had a wonderful stay even though the weather was a bit unpredicatable

Beautiful views and tranquil surroundings. The local sheep and bunnies hopping around. Everything was as described. Thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful part of Victoria ☀️

Spacious 2 bed, 3 storey house right next to the beach. Great kids surfers beach for nody boarding, rock pools a little further up. House has great light, good facilities.

We stayed for a long weekend with friends and family and while we didn't see much sunshine the house is so light and bright and comfortable for watching the weather pass. All the essentials and a great IGA 20 mine away. Wish we could have stayed a week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with guests.

Seamless

House is well equipped to cater for a family group. Very well located, lots of activities to do in the neighbourhood. The fireplace was very handy. Please take drinking water as water is from a rain tank and also note access to the room below is from outside only. Bush track to the beach(front left-hand side) is so beautiful and adventurous but be watchful for snakes. Thank you so much Rudy, we will definitely be back :-)
