Holiday rentals near Walkerville South Beach

We had a lovely stay at Shearwater, it's a beautiful property and is well fitted out with everything you need. Safe and fun for kids, too, with a fence on the stairs and toys that our toddler loved rummaging in. We loved the area and want to go back because there is so much to see. The house was a bit more drive in and out, but probably more accessible walking if you're with mostly adults or older kids. We were there in winter so a lot was closed for the season, but we didn't mind, we were looking for a getaway and lots of puzzles and Catan rounds by the fire were enjoyed after windy beach walks. Thank you for having us!

Aside from the property being stunning inside and out, Judy was also incredibly communicative and flexible (we were chaotic guests!). She was so friendly and totally brightened our morning. Thank you so much Judy!

Beautiful location , exceptionally clean good value

It was the little things provided that added to our stay

The house is in a lovely location with a sheltered verandah. We were there for a girls get together and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. Lovely bathroom with separate toilet. All the rooms are spacious and the house was very clean. Jamie and Judy the property managers were very helpful when the wild storm on 2 September swept through and we lost power. Rather than try to drive home, we were able to stay an additional night, with no fuss. Would definitely book this property again. Thank you

This stay was exactly what we were looking for and our host, Sam was just the best! The house was perfect. Very clean and welcoming. Beautiful! Perfectly located within a short stroll to the beach. We even had a koala come and visit! We will definitely book again. Thanks Sam!

I would like to thank the hosts for providing such great accommodation. We were travelling with a group made up of grandparents (2), adult children (4) and grandchildren (3). This was the perfect accommodation for our group with bedrooms up and downstairs and beautiful well equipped bathrooms. The house was so well setup. There was everything that you needed, in case you forgot something including pantry items, bathroom items and books for reading. There was also an abundance of games and toys for children of all ages for those rainy days, as well as adult games. The area was beautiful and we had lots of forest and beach walks. The hosts had taken a lot of care to make this your home for your stay and they really showcased the area. Beautiful decks looking out on to paddocks with very comfortable outdoor furniture. There were 2 swings on the deck that kept the kids entertained for hours. Overall this was such great accommodation, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook for next year. The only comment I could make for improvement is the Bar B Q was a bit small for 9 people. We had a wonderful stay even though the weather was a bit unpredicatable

Beautiful views and tranquil surroundings. The local sheep and bunnies hopping around. Everything was as described. Thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful part of Victoria ☀️
