Excellent location, property and host

The perfect location - short walk to Salamanca and all the attractions of Hobart. Many fabulous dining options all within an easy walk. Clean, well-appointed, spacious apartment. Kitchen has everything you need for those who like to self-cater. Laundry facilities (lack of a dryer is the only negative with the property). Easy to heat well and warm bedding provided. Host is friendly, helpful and very thorough with detail so all property and local amenities are clearly explained. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolute Gem

We just completed our stay in Sandy Bay and were blown away by this property . Everything that We could possibly need for our time was within the property and easily accessible during our stay. The property is so central to Hobart and all the main city attractions , but importantly it felt safe , clean and homely while we enjoyed our evenings at the home. The Perfect Get Away Villa in Hobart

The property is well located only 8 mins out of Hobart, clean, very well appointed with everything you could need for an extended stay and quiet in the evenings. The beds are comfortable and both rooms are good sized. Lovely views over the Derwent River to the Tasman Bridge. Would be more than happy to return for another stay.
