Nicola was the most amazing host we have ever had. She provided us with lots of goodies including a pancake mix on arrival, flowers in each room and even slippers for everyone. The location is perfect, quiet but close to public transport. Caulfield Park is just around the corner and a wonderful bakery nearby which is highly recommended.We spent a week in Nicola's apartment and enjoyed every minute. You couldn't wish for a better place in the city.

Place was clean and tidy and very well situated for our our purposes. Having own car park also helpful

What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. Our hosts were so accommodating, generous and thoughtful. The house is everything stated and more. Location great Quality furniture and furnishings. This apartment in central Melbourne is perfect for a short (or long) stay. 5 stars all round - spacious, sparkling clean, convenient and very well priced. It makes no sense to stay in a hotel when accommodation like this is available! Highly recommended.
