I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, stylish, and exactly as pictured. The space was cozy yet spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi.The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful for a good night’s sleep. Ozone Studio is perfectly set up. The large sunfilled living area leads onto a good sized balcony with great views of trees and through to the Barwon River. A gas logfire warmed our bodies and our souls in the evening. The queen sized bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is lavishly equipped with hot tub and twin shower heads in the shower. We enjoyed our stay at Bens Cottage with our two Cavoodle puppies. Nice walk into town. Comfortable well equipped cottage. Comfy bed. Secure yard for Arlo and Lexi, although we did have to watch them outside as they were able to get under the house and up the back where they picked up masses of grass seeds. We all had a lovely time at Bens Cottage in lovely Barwon Heads!

My family of four, including a 4yo & 9yo, had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were super friendly and lovely to chat with. The bungalow was perfectly clean and so comfortable! The farm is lovely with sheep, alpaca and chickens. We were incredibly fortunate to see a wedge tailed eagle fly above the property! Location-wise, it’s a 30min drive to fabulous Torquay beach or roam further along the Great Ocean Rd and for supplies - just 20 mins to Waurn Ponds for everything you could need.
