Holiday rentals near Clifton Springs Boat Ramp

The property felt like home; it was well-decorated, with comfortable couches, a TV with all the apps, a secure backyard for our dog, and the most comfortable bed we had ever slept in. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the location was very central to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Never have I ever stayed in a holiday house that thought of so many “special touches “ ! You would need to stay here a month to use everything this house has to offer. But boy did we enjoy checking out all the drawers and cupboards just to see it all. From canoes to bicycles to picnic baskets and even beach towels! Then in the kitchen there was everything you could possibly think of. The coffee machine was awesome, there was everything to make a gorgeous looking platter and a champagne bucket and everything a bunch of ladies could ever need to make a memorable girls weekend away for a friends 50th birthday celebration! Cheryl our lovely hostess even baked us a delicious birthday cake to surprise us on our arrival! We had three generations staying at the property - Mum and I just wanted a midweek getaway, while daughter monopolised the dining table with university coding work. The separate tv space meant we could all use the house and enjoy our time together without getting in each other’s hair.The place was spotless and everything worked as it should.

The only thing missing was a beach view

Ozone Studio is perfectly set up. The large sunfilled living area leads onto a good sized balcony with great views of trees and through to the Barwon River. A gas logfire warmed our bodies and our souls in the evening. The queen sized bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is lavishly equipped with hot tub and twin shower heads in the shower. A great couples retreat!

Magnificent views of Cario Bay, with easy access to the water. Kitchen with everything! Modern and most enjoyable. Spacious home in an amazing location.
