Holiday rentals near South Arm Marine Conservation Area

Our stay at the house on the hill with a view was absolutely perfect,Lisa andAndrew were great hosts assisting us with everything we neded to make our family of 12 comfortable,the kitchen is equiped with everything to cook your meals,the view is to die for and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out and do our own thing,would def recommend this house

Property was exactly as advertised. Absolutely amazing views as soon as you walk in the front door. Easy access to property and no issues with the operation of anything. Very seamless visit. Easy 15-min drive to Hobart CBD and all other tourist locations.

Amazing host, goes that extra mile. So much attention to detail, with all the amenities you'd need.

We stayed here and absolutely loved it. Would easily come back again. We planned to go out multiple times but decided to stay in because the house is too nice to leave.

Best we have had in long time

The property is well located only 8 mins out of Hobart, clean, very well appointed with everything you could need for an extended stay and quiet in the evenings. The beds are comfortable and both rooms are good sized. Lovely views over the Derwent River to the Tasman Bridge. Would be more than happy to return for another stay.

This is a comfortable house with wonderful views of the river. We all enjoyed watching cruise boats come and go, and the frequent yacht races. Like many houses in Hobart it is built on a steep slope so it has an upstairs with most of the bedrooms and a bathroom, and a fairly scary set of stairs down to the laundry. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is large, with a dining table and we enjoyed eating there and looking out at the river. We also used the barbecue on the deck. The house is an easy 10 minute drive into the centre of Hobart and there are useful shops, restaurants, a playground and a beach just down the hill.

Great property to switch off and unwind. We will definitely be back.
