The apartment is spacious, well appointed, comfortable and with excellent air conditioning. The views are simply stunning, but this does come at a cost - it is up a steep hill and with several stairs. Beware of the lock on the front door. Just pull the door shut, don't key lock it. This may result in a broken key for which you will be charged.

This apartment is the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and Alessandro was a great host. He gave us great guides to the city and restaurants which were so handy. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were roomy and there was great aircon in every room. The apartment was very central and within easy walking distance to all areas of Florence, yet it was very quiet. We’d definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a centrally located property with 2 bedrooms of equal size, both with bathrooms. This property fitted the bill and was delightful. You couldn't get a better location overlooking the Arno and straight across from the Uffizi. Both bedrooms and the living room had the same view. One bathroom was smaller but was not a problem. A two minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio with a supermarket, bars and restaurants within a minute's walk. Although it was well fitted out, we didn't need to use the kitchen apart from breakfast. However, the washing machine and ironing facilities were a great boon. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a special stay in Florence.
