Holiday rentals near Doge's Palace

I looked for days on the various accommodation websites, about 11 months prior to our Italian holiday - this is the best place for two people without doubt. If you are lucky enough to find it available, just book it. It’s beautifully renovated, basically new, surrounded by canals. Occasional passing singing gondoliers a bonus. Close to the water bus stop and the main attractions without being overcrowded. We loved it.

This is a lovely apartment, in a terrific location, with a very good host.
