Borgomanero Station holiday rentals

We are a couple in our 60’s and this accomodation was perfect. Our initial concern regarding the walk up from the town was unfounded. The views, space and facilities of the apartment were great. Our host, Giuliano was exceptional. I’d recommended staying here just to have him as your host!

Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and understood my appalling Italian with grace. Nothing was too much to ask, Tiziana thought of all the lovely homemade touches, jam, juice, coffee, biscuits, etc. The property is sublime and the conversion sensitively beautiful with graceful furnishings and a true cottage feel. If we were to be blessed with an Italian countryside farmhouse, this would be it. Also very central, 25 mins to Lake Maggiore, 1.5 hours to the incredible Walser villages in Alogna. Loads of restaurants nearby especially if you have a car. Beautiful leafy walks. The photos do not come close to doing it justice.Grazie Mille Tiziana and Salvatore, didn’t want to leave. Ps. Well!! What an unbelievable property to stay in. Couldn’t fault anything. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed to make a meal. Plenty of towels/tea towels. Lovely fresh bed linen. Spotless bathroom. Convenient laundry to catch up on washing. Only downside to our stay was the rain! It kept us indoors for two days but we were definitely in the right place, it was beautiful. Would stay there again in better weather.

Wonderful spacious apartment in the heart of Stresa. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this apartment. Close to everything with a supermarket straight across the street. Yvonne was a fantastic host, answering our questions promptly and even picking us up at the train station. Couldn’t find a better host, thank you Yvonne. The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine. There’s a lift to get you up and down to the second floor. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to have had more time in Stresa. Kind regards Rhonda and Wayne.

Francesca’s house on Lake Orta, just a short walk from the charming little village of Orta San Giulio, was a perfect stay. The house is right on the lake, wonderfully clean and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to enjoy the lake and it’s surrounds.
