What a beautiful weekend away in this gorgeous penthouse, located above restaurants, bar and fashion stores it’s not only in a prime position and walking distance to everywhere including the beach. Was beautifully decorated, clean had all the extras including butter and milk in the fridge, condiments, slow cookers dishes books music tvs aircon anything you need to have a great weekend away and still feel like you are at home.Highly recommend and our host was just superb!

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was absolutely perfect! Everything was spotless, beautifully presented, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, and the attention to detail in the home really made it feel special.What really stood out, though, was the communication. It was absolutely sensational! We loved our stay here! Expectations were exceeded, lovely decor and facilities amazing! Perfect quiet location but close enough to the hustle of Byron. Will definitely be back!

Well appointed, located and stocked for all our needs. The stairs may prove an issue for some but we were happy to use the beautiful deck and enjoy the sea breeze and people watching.

We’ve just had a long weekend here and had a relaxing and peaceful stay. So handy for the beach and walk into town.

This is a beautiful house in a lovely location. We really enjoyed our stay, and would very happily return. Everything is very comfortable and the owners have been very thoughtful in terms of what is provided and the quality of the interiors.

A beautiful property with an ease of use and total relaxation

We had a wonderful stay, the house is beautiful. A perfect base for a Byron holiday. My wife and I traveled with another couple, both of us with a toddler. The kids enjoyed the place as much as we did. Kitchen is very well equipped which we really appreciated, able to cook up great meals during our stay. It is an easy walk to town + beach. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Only improvement would be to get some pool heating going, it was pretty frosty despite the warm weather. I’m sure it would be fine in the middle of summer, but too cold to use in spring.
