Place was clean and tidy and very well situated for our our purposes. Having own car park also helpful

We were very impressed with how clean the property is.Bathroom looked new and sky- light made it bright.Queen size beds were very comfortable.We stayed a month and could have stayed longer as the unit is quite spacious.

We had great communication with our host from start to finish. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed, including fresh towels, linen and even a basket full of kids toys for the boys. Parked right behind the door but needed to move through the day, due to parking restrictions. The shower was great and had quality soap etc, the big tv was awesome and we walked to some great coffee (coffee No 8) and a perfect pub meal in the Post Office Club Hotel just a short walk across St Kilda Road. We loved the location and the furniture, beds and kitchen were wonderful. Perfect for a family or couple. Quick and easy access to the city and st kilda, number 3 tram from stop 34. Thanks for a wonderful experience and great service. Tracey was an amazing host and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and so many little touches that made our stay perfect.Lovely cottage, metres away from Olinda and everything you need and the hot tub was just perfect.

Extremely clean and comfortable in a good location. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the back courtyard. We appreciated having the second half bathroom, and also the air-conditioning as we stayed during a hot spell.

This was a perfect affordable accommodation for our family as we had two children who needed operations at the Northern Epping hospital and were required to stay close to the hospital for a few days. Hosts were extremely supported when we required a lock on the front door from the inside as both children kept opening the front door.Would definately recommend this place
