Holiday rentals near Shona

Honestly we were so happy with our stay in this gorgeous home in Spello. I have no doubt that if we return to Italy, we will return to Spello and hopefully stay here again. The view from the patio was unreal and the accommodation itself was very charming. Our check in process was great, the host was so lovely with showing us around and getting us settled in. We could not recommend this stay enough.

The house was exactly as shown in the photos, very well furnished and everything you could want in kitchen, dining. Beautiful views over the countryside and very quiet. A great place to unwind.

Great place to stay. Outside the tourist area where one can have peace and quiet yet it’s not too far from town.

Our host Laura…perfecto! Our location…perfecto! The house/apartment…perfecto! Everything…perfecto! One bad thing…we couldn’t stay longer! Highly recommend this accommodation. Exceptional in every way!

This was an utterly spectacular, beautifully decorated and maintained apartment, with the city out front (on the street side) and with a balcony out back, overlooking nothing but greenery and farmland. You couldn't possibly to any better than this.

Luisa and Rubens were fantastic hosts, meeting us at the train on arrival and checking us in to their apartment. Communication was fantastic, they went out of their way to be helpful at all times, it was like staying with friends. The apartment is in a great location in the historic centre, accessible to public transport and walkable within the old city. There are supermarkets, cafes and lovely restaurants very close by. Perugia is a very lovely city. We stayed for eight weeks and loved it.
