Holiday rentals near Seaford Pier

Nicola was the most amazing host we have ever had. She provided us with lots of goodies including a pancake mix on arrival, flowers in each room and even slippers for everyone. The location is perfect, quiet but close to public transport. Caulfield Park is just around the corner and a wonderful bakery nearby which is highly recommended.We spent a week in Nicola's apartment and enjoyed every minute. You couldn't wish for a better place in the city.

The perfect base for a Mount Martha stay. Great for families. The property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are awesome and have thought of everything. From the house it's a 5 minute drive to.South Beach and the village. An excellent property and great value.

Super close to a lot of main arteries, walking distance from the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit, and had everything you could need close by. Super comprehensive check in instructions, and beautiful place in general.

The house is comfortable and the owner is very nice. The neighborhood is beautiful, with shops, a train station and tram nearby. Despite the noise from the highway, my stay was great, I recommend it.

So spacious and clean with activities to suit everyone. It was hard to leave the house because there was so much to do. The pool and spa were great and the boys loved the putting green, table tennis and pool table. Would highly recommend to any big family gathering or a few families for a great getaway. A home away from home !! We never felt we were staying in someone else’s property . Excellent premise and all amenities were very well thought. Will definitely recommend to others .

The property was as listed, clean and in great condition. Andrew was a great host, attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay again on my next visit.
