Perfect for what we wanted to do in Melbourne

A great overall place to stay, an excellent location and the apartment had everything needed and advertised. Very well maintained. The only thing to note is that you can hear the upstairs apartment through the floors, so heads up if you're a light sleeper!

I travelled to Melbourne with my sister and 2 friends for the weekend so the accommodation was perfect for us. It was as advertised, the location was great and the free undercover allocated carpark and lift was great. The only problem was that the lift broke down on the Saturday, we coped with climbing the 3 flights of stairs a couple of times on the Saturday (we are not young) but were concerned about getting our luggage down the stairs when we left on the Sunday. Jacqui, the Host, was great, she came round in the morning and carried all 3 of our cases downstairs to the car. we were very grateful for this help. Because the lift was not working we were unable to take our rubbish to the bin as requested.

Fantastic apartment. Cleverly designed to make use of space. Ground floor so it has a courtyard and is just across the lawn from the pool, gym. sauna etc. Really helpful and accommodating owners. One of the only places in town that welcomes dogs. Highly recommend.

I found this to be comfortable single bedroom flat with easy access to everything you would need, owner and family very easygoing and pleasant to deal with (for longer stays linen service part of the price). Can recommend for 1-2 people looking for multi-week stays in basic but affordable accomodations.
