Well appointed holiday home with a lovely backyard and pool.

A family of 10 2 dogs had a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We will be back.

We loved staying in this beautiful big family home. The location is perfect - on the edge of the bush with an abundance of bird life and views of the sea, the street is quiet and the neighbourhood is friendly. It’s a short walk to the beach and there are some great local bushwalks. The pool was a dream and the cabana is a great place to eat outside in the shade. The house is well equipped with games, DVDs and books and everything you could want for cooking, and the separate upstairs and downstairs means there’s space for everyone. The only thing we could fault is it’s a bit old - some windows don’t shut, the bath rail was rickety, pegs are broken, and one room is a bit musty. But those things are minor. We would love to spend another holiday here.

My family plus dog stayed for a long weekend and loved the house. It is really well setup and comfortable with lots of lounging spaces available to chase the sun throughout the day. The place was spotlessly clean- the beds were super comfortable and our dog loved the off leash beach just down the hill and the fully fenced yard at the house

Thanks Heidi for your gracious hospitality. This was a perfect staycation, less than 2 hours away from Sydney but certainly far away from it all. An ideal location to explore the surrounds including trendy Pearl Beach, however I was more than happy to stay put as you really do feel you're the only one around as the house has neighbours only on the one side. The quiet beauty of the environment was truly inspiring, watching the landscape change throughout the day. So make sure you give yourself a few extra days, when you settle in you're likely to want to stay longer and finally read that Great Australian Novel, or maybe even longer still to 'Write' one !

We had a great long weekend at this property. The living areas were spacious, our children enjoyed the playroom with books and toys. We also enjoyed the garden. The standout though was the table tennis in the garage and the fire pit. In terms of improvement, my only suggestion is that the sofas are not that comfy for a family to sit together to watch tv. A minor issue in what was a great place to stay.
