Hyams Beach family rentals

We enjoyed a lovely extended weekend at Bellevue in early April. The spacious and comfortable home is perfectly located on Hyams Beach with breathtaking views and direct access to the beach. The home has top of the line amenities and is so well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Mermaid Cottage was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning location—just a short stroll from the crystal-clear waters and powdery white sand of Hyams Beach.The cottage itself is beautifully designed, blending coastal charm with modern comforts. It was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The open-plan living area and outdoor deck provided the perfect setting to unwind, whether it was enjoying a morning coffee with ocean breezes or a family BBQ under the stars.What truly made our stay special was the thoughtful attention to detail—from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms that made us feel right at home. The kids had a blast exploring the nearby beaches and trails, while we appreciated the peace and tranquility of this idyllic retreat.If you’re looking for a dreamy escape in Jervis Bay, Mermaid Cottage is an absolute must! We can’t wait to return.

Great house and location. The house had everything you needed and more, a lovely welcome bottle of wine was most appreciated. The host were very professional, prompt in communication and gave us check in and late check out. Definitely be back. Thanks so much.

A fantastic place to stay.

The property was advertised as being surrounded by bush and very close to the magnificent Hyams beach . While the latter was true ) and it is a spectacularly beautiful beach!) the bush surrounds were a wasteland after recent fire clearing . Blackened scrub was dumped outside the house and our view was of an unsightly wasteland . .it just felt like misrepresentation on the website. However the house itself was well stocked and clean. We loved the simple and tasteful design of the house and the fabulous bookshelves! ( we have so many of the same books on our own shelves at home!) Apart from our one gripe, overall we loved the stay and think the owners are very lucky to have this little bit of paradise . Thank you for sharing it !

Wi fi was not working Signal was non existent Made it very difficult to watch anything or get hold of people who were staying at other properties It ruined our stay

Lovely quiet location at southern end of Hyams village, access to beach close via bush track. House has all you need including a wood fire for the cooler nights. We had a relaxing time enjoying the beach and beaches in the National Park.
