"We have stayed at Presidential over the years since 2010. A few years ago, we stopped using Presidential after we were asked to pay for storing luggage for the four hours between checkout and flying out of LHR. But we have returned to what must be a refreshed management.
Everything about our stay was fantastic. Helpful responsive staff, newer fittings in the rooms, super high speed internet. And a friendly extension of checkout time.
Thank you to the ever smiling Michael who has been a fixture...
