So loved staying at this property. Everything provided was immaculate. Great location and fully fenced rear yard ensured our Border Collies had a great space to exercise. A beautiful property!

We have now stayed at Sandydoon twice and on both occasions we have loved our stay. The property is perfect for a family, all the amenities required and close to the beach. The location is perfect.The owners are also a joy to communicate with. They are so accommodating and very organised.Would most definitely recommend for all.

You can tell a lot of time and care has been poured into this property. Cabin was very clean and bigger than expected, access to a great BBQ/outdoor area.Very easy to communicate with, a definite 10/10 for the stay.

We travelled with another family and really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The little extras like soap, shampoo and conditioner, clothes was great. We were also welcomed with a small gift. Everything was so closw to where we were staying. Foodland and woolworths were only 3 mins drive. Also lots of board games for the kids and adults.The owners always replied to my messages. Great service.Will definitely book here again

82 on Newell is ideally located one street back from the ocean, with views of the hills (and kangaroos) from the rear deck and the ocean-view from the front deck.
With four bedrooms and two living spaces it was perfect for our two families (total 7 people) and comfortable for all. The property is immaculately kept, and felt like home immediately.
The children loved the table tennis table, the 'grown ups' loved the pool table - and multiple large-screen TVs with Netflix ensured everyone had their downtime.
Vic's communication is brilliant - we hope to stay here again. :-)
