Shire Of Kalamunda rentals with pool

A beautiful property. Ideally located, quiet and very comfortable. Everything we needed, plus more. Lina is a great host and the decor is lovely.Very happy campers

Property was exactly as pictured - clean, well presented and equipped with everything we needed for a 10 night stay. Basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, oil, cling film, baking paper, etc. were in the cupboards, as well as a small supply of tea bags and coffee pods. My only wish was to be able to top up the pods while we were there (Nespresso Vertuo capsules not available in supermarkets). Laundry powder also supplied - facilities were excellent, especially with a long stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and warm, which was great given the cold nights during our stay. Apartment is located in a good spot, within a half hour walk of most attractions in Perth and a short drive to others (basement parking spot included). The CAT bus stop is just up the street too. Some delicious food options close by - highly recommended Maruzella on Bennett St, as well as the take away pizzas from Pizza on Bennett. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Very nice place to stay, the hosts went overboard for our own needs, like grabbing a gas bottle for the barbie so we could cook some bbq the next night on the Weber.I came to Perth for surgery and it was a good place to chill afterwards, thanks Gordon and Mairelle

We had a little staycation, a wonderful place, and presented beautifully, with everything you need for a family. The kids were very excited about the pool, but it was a bit too cold, and the excitement was next level.I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling and wanting a home away from home, perfect for families, located on the ground floor.Thank you so much Sam, wonderful communications and instructions.

Great apartment in the city area. We used the pool and gym and loved the morning walks along the river. Very central to everything . The Cafe was so handy and walking distance to restaurants for dinner.

The house was a lovely and tidy place for my family and I to stay for the month while renovations were happening at home. The location is very convenient to public transport, parks, local cafes and restaurants in a lovely leafy part of Canning Vale. The hosts were very communicative and helpful with all our queries. House is well equipped with everything you would need including things other places do not think of, like laundry baskets!

The place was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable and we had a pleasant stay.

We loved the pool, location and property. Would stay again
